  2. Pre-vacuuming (if needed):

This will remove any dry debris, pet hair, or soil before the actual cleaning process.

  3. Furniture Moving (optional service provided in our upgraded Package):

Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Please note, we do not move larger pieces such as beds, dressers, entertainment centers, china cabinets and other liability prone items.

  4. Pre-Condition and Spot Treatment(depends on the soil level):

Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal.

  7. Neutralize:

This is often a step overlooked by other cleaners. After cleaning, the carpet is treated with a PH balanced product so that there is never a sticky residue left behind.

  8. Post-Spot Treatment:

If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty-spotting techniques are employed after a through cleaning. Note: This excludes permanent stains that are identified by our service technician in the pre-inspection.

  9. Application of Protectant (optional but recommended):

Carpets protected with ScotchGuard last longer, clean up easier and stay clean longer.

  10. Drying:

When needed, high velocity air movers will be placed in the area to speed the drying process.
